Policies:
- Payment: Fifty-percent is payable upon reservation; the balance is
due one month before your stay begins.
- Security deposit is $750, refundable after inspection upon your
departure.
- Weekly rates are based on 6 people renting; add $200 for
each additional person per week $100 per person for shorter stays
- Pets are allowed, pending owner insurance approval. Additional
cleaning fee of $100 and security deposit of $300 per pet is required.
- Personal checks are accepted.
- Weekly rental check-in time is Sunday at 3 pm; check out is 10 am
the following Sunday
- Refunds (less a 10% administrative charge and any difference in
rental) will be made if the property is re-rented during the
period booked. |
