Policies:
- Payment: Fifty-percent is payable upon reservation; the
balance is due one month before your stay begins.
- Security
deposit is $750, refundable after inspection upon your departure.
- Rates are based on six person occupancy. $200 additional per
person charge per week; $100 additional per person charge for
shorter stays. Pets are allowed, pending owner insurance approval.
Additional cleaning fee of $100 and security deposit of $300 per pet
is required
- Checks & Credit Cards are accepted. Security deposits must be in
the form of a check and must be received 30 days before check-in.
Quoted prices are discounted for 5% for cash/check. Credit card
payments are full price and do not reflect 5% cash discount.
- During the
summer, check-in time is Sunday at 3 pm; check out is 10 am the
following Sunday
- Refunds (less
a 15% administrative charge and any difference in rental) will
be made if the property is re-rented during the period booked.
